This high end detailing company was looking to setup an ecommerce store using WooCommerce store. They had an existing WordPress site with a WooCommerce compatible theme so we were ready to get started. As with any WordPress project, the first thing I did was update all the plugins, themes and WordPress core to the latest versions and make sure that everything works.
Set Up the Display
Then I got down to business and started setting up the shop pages. First thing was setting up the shop homepage to show the featured products. Then a sidebar was added to search and filter the products by price, category and brand. This allows users to find the perfect product for their needs.
Behind the Scenes
On the backend Stripe was used as the payment processor while the shipping and tax modules were set up based on the client’s specifications. Looking to the future some additional features like bulk discount pricing and additional filtering options were added so the client could add them in when needed.
The client took amazing photos and after the products were entered they had online shop that matched the quality of their in house detail work.
